Backstory: Much like his older brother Ace, he trained with his father and his uncle Marku quite often. In fact when he was old enough he and Ace actually trained together with them. Though he was not as damaged upon hearing about the death of his uncle as his father and older brother, he still felt the sting, like everyone else in the family. He is in fact the only one who is still in touch with Tucker from the family, though Fauna has spoken to him a time or two, and actually met him once.

Tucker has a deeply protective nature, one reason he stays in touch with Tucker, while he knows that his parents would love to keep in touch with him too, or just know that he was ok, he wouldn't dare break the trust between brothers. His parental instincts, that deep seeded need to protect is a trait that both his parents possess, but he takes more of the calm, laid back and nurturing side of things, similar to his mother, rather than losing his temper like Tucker, his father, or even Ace may in many cases do.

It is because of this that whenever Fauna needs a place to stay for one reason or another, like when she first invited her girlfriend to torture, Kyle let her stay at his place. In all reality as protective as their parents are of her, he may be even more protective of Fauna, and as a result is super supportive of her relationship with Amber, even when their father has concerns of his own.
